I love working with the kindergarteners, my boss and the people that I got to collaborate and work with.
What I wish was different
I wish I had morning hours instead of middle of the day- afternoon shifts.
Advice
It helps to be really invested in the kids and activities, you should do this job if you want to be a teacher not just for fun.

What I liked
I enjoyed building relationships with the staff and students. As a Liberal Arts major, I am appreciative of this opportunity for exposing me to teaching in an online setting and making those connections online.
What I wish was different
I wish the live training sessions were shorter. The asynchronous training already taught me what I need to know and some portions of the synchronous training seemed repetitive and boring.
Advice
To future employees, I would suggest that you be very patient with students. Online learning can be difficult to adjust to and not all students are open to active participation and discussion.
