I am glad to be part of the Expercom team. I have learned so much about retail in the technology field. This experience has helped me learn how to help customers, work efficiently, and develop relationships with coworkers.
What I wish was different
Sometimes I wish my job had more variety because I do the same thing every day.
Advice
Ask questions and pay attention to the details. Shipping the wrong computer to a customer is an expensive mistake.

Very flexible with my school hours along with a great work experience.

Some systems need to be updated, however, I gave this feedback directly and they seemed to take it to heart. I also wish the pay was higher.
