I learned a lot about what entering the work force requires.
What I wish was different
One aspect of the program encouraged code-switching without recognizing the racist, systemic issues woven within the interview-tip. The program could have been focused more on how, when in leadership roles, young adults could encourage wonderful change for the benefit of all.
